Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website, sincos.eu (the “Site”), is operated by 360 IMPLEMENTUM HUB SRL (trading as SINCOS), a company registered in Romania, Trade Register no. J2017012875401 (EUID ROONRC.J2017012875401), VAT RO37985270, with its registered office at Str. Prof. Dr. Ion Athanasiu nr. 27, Sector 5, 050676 Bucharest, Romania (“SINCOS”, “we”, “us”). For the personal data described in this Policy, SINCOS acts as data controller.

For personal data we process on behalf of our clients when delivering email and lifecycle marketing services (for example, subscriber lists inside a client’s email platform), the client is the data controller and SINCOS acts as a data processor under a separate service agreement. This Policy does not cover that processing; please refer to the privacy policy of the store or brand whose emails you receive.

2. What data we collect and why

When you contact us (email, phone, contact links on the Site): your name, contact details, and the content of your message. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

When you use the contact form on our Site, the form is provided through our marketing automation platform (Webmecanik), acting as our service provider, and we receive the details you submit.

When you book a call through our booking page: your name, email address, and the meeting details you provide. The booking tool acts as our service provider. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

When you use the Revenue Calculator and choose to receive your results: first and last name, business email, phone, company name, website, list size, and the answers you enter in the calculator. We use these to send your results and, based on the consent you give in the form, to contact you about SINCOS services. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.

Business-to-business outreach: we may collect publicly available professional contact data (name, role, business email, company) from sources such as company websites and professional networks, to contact companies that may benefit from our services. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in promoting our services to businesses (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object at any time and we will stop contacting you.

Automatically collected data: with your consent, given through our Cookiebot consent banner, we use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and measurement tools that show how the Site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser data). With the same consent, we also use advertising and remarketing tools (such as Google Ads) to measure the performance of our campaigns and to show SINCOS ads to past visitors on other websites. Until you consent, non-essential cookies are blocked and no analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies are set. See our Cookie Policy for the current list. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 and the Site is not directed at them. Please do not send us special categories of personal data (such as health data or political opinions); we do not request or need them.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, under data processing agreements: website hosting, email and productivity providers, our customer relationship management and email marketing platforms, the booking tool, and analytics and advertising providers such as Google (only where you have consented). We may also disclose data where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4. International transfers

We keep data in the European Economic Area wherever possible. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where needed.

5. How long we keep data

Inquiries and prospect data: for as long as needed to handle the inquiry or relationship, and no longer than 3 years after our last interaction, unless a contract follows. Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or object. Contractual and billing records: as required by Romanian accounting and tax law. Analytics data: per the retention settings described in the Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest (including direct marketing, where objection is absolute), and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 10. We may ask you to confirm your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or the authority in your EU member state.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, and we restrict access to those who need it to perform their work. No system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites (for example, platform partners). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies before providing personal data.

9. Changes to this Policy

We will post any updated version of this Policy on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably possible.
